Toby was interested in learning about dreams this morning so we watched videos by ASAP science, Ted Ed and VSauce on Why we dream and Lucid dreams.

Toby played the maths game 12 again, getting very good at mental arithmetic. He did lots of 12 throughout the day!

We walked to get Eve from preschool, Toby was reluctant as it was spitting with rain but coped brilliantly especially as it was pouring down by the time we got there. We even found a mushroom to take a photo of!

Toby did a bit of piano.

We talked about Brexit and the NHS leavers claim. Toby drew a bar graph to demonstrate why the NHS would not receive 350 million!

We also talked about why the World Wars started and talked about why a space war might start over planetary resources. We have been reluctant to let him read Horrible Histories because he is effected by the horrible bits but they are humourous so perhaps we could try them.

Jennifer came over in the evening and Toby played games with her.
