Discussing logarithms and how they work. We were discussing that the bases 10, 2 and natural are most common but that you can have any base. Toby was asking me log questions and then talking about answers. I think he is starting to understand how they are related to powers.
Watched Vi Hart – Binary Trees and more doodling in maths class!
Wrote down the rules for a game he had come up with in Notes on the iPad.
Played Snakes and Ladders with me and didn’t mind at all when it looked like he wouldn’t win – Eve though he did in the end!
Did 3 EdPlaces – all on Science.
Read Silly book of side splitting stuff and Silly book of weird words!
Went with Chris for a big walk on Rainham Marshes! Walked very fast and got worn out!
Lots of politeness and even asking which game I wanted to play when I was bored!
