Shapes!

Toby woke up wanting to read Savage Shapes – Murderous Math, we found it in the car and he read for nearly an hour!

We watched Vi Hart and Numberphiles at breakfast time. Toby is very interested in shapes!

We walked Eve to preschool and then went to the playground. Toby played really well with a girl and boy over there 🙂

We came home and did fractions on MathFactor then Reading Comprehension and maths puzzles on Ed Place.

We went to collect Eve and went to skatepark, playground and street climbing. Brilliant time and Toby played again with children his age – excellent 🙂

At home we did Geomag – making 3D stars from the 5 Platonic solids to see what happened. Toby came up with this idea himself. It was great for exploring tessellations and shape strength.

Toby read more Murderous Maths then watched lots of Numberphile videos.

We did more EdPlace – English and maths.

JavaScript programming – writing code for prime numbers.
